“Stop the world I wanna get off!”
You’ve no doubt heard the expression and can fully identify with it.
After all, life is happening at breakneck speed and changing even faster.
Keeping-up is getting to be quite a challenge.
That’s why establishing a healthy rhythm is paramount to not only staying sane –
…but to regulating a healthy state of being.
So don’t be afraid to disconnect and contemplate what was, what is, and what will be.
Because pressing pause helps us to evaluate/re-evaluate this in order to stay centered.
