You’ve no doubt heard the expression and can fully identify with it.

After all, life is happening at breakneck speed and changing even faster.

Keeping-up is getting to be quite a challenge.

That’s why establishing a healthy rhythm is paramount to not only staying sane –

…but to regulating a healthy state of being.

So don’t be afraid to disconnect and contemplate what was, what is, and what will be.

Because pressing pause helps us to evaluate/re-evaluate this in order to stay centered.

    Ah Debby you’re right on the money here! I shall be stumbling through June and gearing up to press that pause button in July to spend some lovely time with the family. Enjoy your well-earned rest too!

    Oh yes! I will be monitoring my screen time this summer and pressing that pause button more frequently! Summer is such a wonderful time to relax and take in the beauty around us! I plan on spending lots of time outside taking long walks!
