Myriad thoughts run across the tracks of our minds on a daily basis.

(I certainly entertain a fair share of them at times.)
But positive voice messages –
…are mental memos we need in order to flourish.
So let’s shush our internal dialogue.
Tune-out what hinders.
Tune-into what helps.
And spread some positivity.
Because we’re all meant to be built-up, not broken-down.
