Creating is like breathing to me; essential. And when I create, it's a deliberate act of worship. For
me, each contemporary song, each album, starts with an 'inner-spirit-pull', of sorts. I get inspired to
inspire. Tapping-into a theme, visualising the 'shape' of each song, originating
a music and lyrical 'match' and making sure each piece has a 'heartbeat' in the centre of it's message
is so important to me. And I always try to ensure that the core of each song is theologically sound and full
of God-honouring, meaning and substance. What I produce is born out of devotional time, contemplation, prayer and
the mundane moments that make up my life's experiences. And most of the musical collaborations I've been
blessed to be a part of just seem to happen when I least expect them, with gifted people God graciously uses to
make them happen.

Music strikes in me a deep fit of
devotion and a profound contemplation on the First Composer. There is something in it of Divinity, more than the ear discovers.
